Client transformations give me as a coach the most satisfying way to seek physical progression, but also an intrinsic motivation for individuals which represents daily changes and consistent work combination.

Home workout plan & 8 week cut

End of a 12 week training plan that consisted of being in a calorie surplus, combined with home workouts. Cecilie's adaptation to new ways in the gym quickly paid off with increasing strength and muscle mass.

An 8 week lean phase for Cecilie helped retain that defined and tight look around her abdominal area. Cecilie has been a delight to work with and will continue onto her new 8 week strength plan, intending to break her current personal bests.

8 week nutrition and training program

After speaking to me in mid June, Rob put together his goals of being leaner, more defined for summer. With a excellent starting physique, we tailored a plan to suit Rob to get the maximum out of his training and results.

8 weeks later Rob is looking more defined and vascular across his mid section whilst maintaining overall strength across his lifts. Rob has been the ideal cliental, informing myself of days off, holidays and meals out, allowing me to make changes in his busy schedule to get the maximal out of his results.

10 week cut - macro manipulation

After a stressful year and graduating from the University of East London and being diagnosed with IBD, we put in place a training program and diet to get back on track and push through his plateaus.

After 10 weeks of manipulating training and non training calories Cassius is now in an excellent place to exceed his 'best physique yet'. On his way to sub 70kg Cass has managed to beat all personal bests on bench press, squat and deadlift. It's been agreed that another 3 weeks cutting will top off his physique.

Aiden came to me originally interested in leaning out for summer. He clear has a muscular physique, but wanted to cut more sustainably and be less fatigued whilst at work and training.

After completing his 8 week cutting phase Aiden has clear changes around his mid section, whilst looking more defined and vascular. Aiden hit the 4.2kg mark whilst implementing steady state cardio, and controlling his training and non training day calories.

After being unhappy with the weight gain during lockdown, Hannah got in contact to reduced her overall body fat, giving her a leaner look. Whilst continuing her running and gym work.

weeks difference between the two images and huge differences. After being 9lbs down Hannah messaged me saying how she underestimated the power of walking day to day whilst maintaining a strong social life that included eating out and drinking.

2019 - After a 16 week deficit, I proceeded to document my changes. Stepping over that original barrier was very difficult for myself to overcome. Now I can look back and see clear changes in not just my physique but also my mindset towards nutrition and training.

2021 - After changes in food intake, attitudes towards cardio it has now halved my calorie deficit time. Food intake has been consistently higher and training intensity has not dropped. Bringing a leaner and potentially more muscular physique.
